When I was in primary school, I was already keen on foreign languages, it was a pleasure to learn my first foreign language which was English. In secondary school,I was not only interested in the English language but in the culture of english-speaking countries, especially, the USA.I was always interested in knowing the meaning of english songs and translating articles into english. I then chose to learn Spanish and German.
Learning a language and its culture broadens your mind and makes you more tolerant.
At University, I decided to do a M.A in English and then, in French as a Foreign Language. I was trained how to translate written works from English to French, then from French into English, how to teach French with varied methods and resources.
Through this Blog, I would like to share my passion for Foreign Languages and for the French language and culture.
